Bolesworth, an historic Cheshire estate and one of the UK’s leading outdoor venues, has appointed BFS UK to help manage, maintain and repair electrical, plumbing and general building works across its property portfolio.
The estate is made up of more than 6,500 acres and offers a range of unique commercial properties to more than 50 commercial tenants. The eclectic property portfolio ranges from traditional office space and industrial units, through to bespoke retail and leisure developments as well as residential homes.
The estate comprises Bolesworth Castle; more than 150 businesses and the same number of residential homes, 12 farms as well as an internationally regarded venue for events such as Bolesworth International Horse Show and CarFest.
BFS UK will support the estate by providing a full range of property maintenance services from domestic building, plumbing and electrical services through to large scale commercial gas and electric system design and installation. Having BFS in support helps ensure all the property maintenance requirements are met.
